Black Bean & Poblano Dip

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups poblano chiles, seeded, deveined and chopped
  • 14 1/2 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup scallion, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process to desired consistency.
