Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, reserve liquid
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 mince garlic in food processor. add beans, 1 tbl of reserved liquid, and the remaining ingredients. process until smooth.
