- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mince garlic in food processor. add beans, 1 tbl of reserved liquid, and the remaining ingredients. process until smooth.
