Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onions
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a blender or food processor, combine beans, half the onions, vinegar, orange juice, and garlic.
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 season with salt and pepper.
- 4 place in a serving bowl.
- 5 garnish with the remaining onions.
