Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onions
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender or food processor, combine beans, half the onions, vinegar, orange juice, and garlic.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 place in a serving bowl.
  • 5 garnish with the remaining onions.
