Black Bean And Corn Salsa

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup frozen corn, flash steamed
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed (i prefer eden organic no salt added )
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 8 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix.
  • 2 refridgerate for 24 hours before use to let the flavors meld.
  • 3 discard after 4 days.
