Black Bean And Corn Salsa

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup frozen corn, flash steamed
- 1/2 cup cilantro, diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed (i prefer eden organic no salt added )
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 8 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
Recipe
- 1 mix.
- 2 refridgerate for 24 hours before use to let the flavors meld.
- 3 discard after 4 days.
