Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, cubed
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 2 cans chili beans, with sauce (mild or hot)
- 1 cup v8 vegetable juice or 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 can diced tomatoes or 1 can chopped tomatoes or 1 can stewed tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown beef and onions.
- 2 add rest of ingredients.
- 3 simmer 20 minutes.
- 4 note: tastes better the next day.
- 5 the ingredients have time to meld together.
