It's A Mild Chili!

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small onion, cubed
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 cans chili beans, with sauce (mild or hot)
  • 1 cup v8 vegetable juice or 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes or 1 can chopped tomatoes or 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef and onions.
  • 2 add rest of ingredients.
  • 3 simmer 20 minutes.
  • 4 note: tastes better the next day.
  • 5 the ingredients have time to meld together.
