Ingredients
- 1 lb tofu
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise or 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 green pepper, seeded and minced
- 3 green onions, wiht tops, minced
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Recipe
- 1 press tofu to remove liquid; drain and discard liquid.
- 2 mash tofu with a fork to crumbly consistency.
- 3 add the rest of the ingredients.
- 4 mix well.
