- 1 (8 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 dump jiffy in bowl.
- 2 add eggs and oil.
- 3 add mayo and sugar.
- 4 stir well, mixture will be thick.
- 5 put in a 8 x 8-inch dish and cook at 350â°f for 30-45 minutes.
- 6 makes a pan of cornbread that will hold up to beans.
