- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
- 4 cook 15 minutes.
