Ingredients

- 1 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 2 medium tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup cold water
Recipe
- 1 at least 3 hours before serving, combine all ingredients.

- 3 serve mixture over cooked vegetables such as fried okra or steamed green beans.
