Ingredients
- 15 ounces kidney beans, drained
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 -2 garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- 2 chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- 3 serve with fresh wedges of pita bread for dunking.
