Low Fat Bean Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces kidney beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 -2 garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  • 2 chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • 3 serve with fresh wedges of pita bread for dunking.
