Low Cal & Low Fat Meat-less Chili

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 4 ounces diced green chilies
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 dice onions.
  • 2 sautee onions and chili's in your pot until onions are done/clear.
  • 3 mix in beans, tomatoes, all of your spices, hot sauce, & water.
  • 4 cook for 30 minutes or until the majority of the water has cooked out.
  • 5 makes 2 large servings!
