Low Cal & Low Fat Meat-less Chili

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 4 ounces diced green chilies
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 dice onions.
- 2 sautee onions and chili's in your pot until onions are done/clear.
- 3 mix in beans, tomatoes, all of your spices, hot sauce, & water.
- 4 cook for 30 minutes or until the majority of the water has cooked out.
- 5 makes 2 large servings!
