- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch lengths
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- 2 add green beans and cook, stirring, until bright green, about 3 minutes.
- 3 stir in water and lemon juice. reduce heat and cook, stirring, until beans are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes longer. sprinkle with parsley.
