Lemony Green Beans With Parsley

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch lengths
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • 2 add green beans and cook, stirring, until bright green, about 3 minutes.
  • 3 stir in water and lemon juice. reduce heat and cook, stirring, until beans are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes longer. sprinkle with parsley.
