Korean Oysters

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 24 oysters (in the shell, opened)
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chili bean paste
  • 1 inch ginger, chopped and crushed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • soy sauce, to taste (really just a few drops)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients, except the oysters, in a bowl to make the sauce. cover and chill till ready to serve. when serving, simply spoon the sauce over the oysters.
