Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons canned chick-peas, drained
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 dashes salt
- 3 dashes pepper
- 2 dashes curry powder
Recipe
- 1 1. put it all on a plate together.
- 2 2. microwave on high for about 20 seconds.
- 3 3. mash it all together with a fork, crushing the chickpeas.
