Green Beans, Potatoes And Bacon Salad From Liege

Ingredients

- 1 1/8 lbs green beans
- 3 large potatoes
- 4 ounces smoked streaky bacon, in one piece
- 1/2 ounce butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Recipe
- 1 trim and wash the beans and cook them in boiling, salted water.
- 2 they must remain firm.
