- 400 g small mushrooms, sliced
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 -2 medium carrot, grated
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 1/2 cups mung bean sprouts
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon raw sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine mushrooms, spring onions carrots parsley,chives and sprouts in a bowl.
- 2 combine dressing ingredients together, shake well and add to mushrooms etc.
