Chow Chow

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 quart cucumber, diced
  • 1 quart string bean
  • 1 quart lima beans
  • 1 quart corn
  • 1 pint celery
  • 1 pint green pepper
  • 1 pint red pepper
  • 1 cup small onion
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 cups sugar or 2 cups splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 quart vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 chop veg to desired size and cook separately cook until tender (not soft). drain and mix them all together.
  • 2 mix sugar,mustard an vinegar bring to a boil.
  • 3 add mixed veg to hot liquid and bring back to the boiling point.
