Ingredients
- 1 quart cucumber, diced
- 1 quart string bean
- 1 quart lima beans
- 1 quart corn
- 1 pint celery
- 1 pint green pepper
- 1 pint red pepper
- 1 cup small onion
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 cups sugar or 2 cups splenda sugar substitute
- 1 quart vinegar
Recipe
- 1 chop veg to desired size and cook separately cook until tender (not soft). drain and mix them all together.
- 2 mix sugar,mustard an vinegar bring to a boil.
- 3 add mixed veg to hot liquid and bring back to the boiling point.
- 4 put into hot sterilized jars and seal will keep in the fridge for 6 months or process in a hot water bath to can.
