- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 lb dried lentils
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 cups water
- salt
- fresh pepper
Recipe
- 1 set pot on medium heat, add oil, sauté onions,carrots and celery until they begin to soften, add everything else, cover and simmer for a half an hour.
