- 1 lb green beans
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 put water and about about 1 tsp. of salt to boil.
- 2 after it boils, add green beans, then turn it on medium-low for 7 mins.
- 3 while cooking, mix together dressing.
- 4 drain and rise with cold water to keep color.
- 5 pour dressing over beans, toss and serve.
