Julia's Hummus

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, 1/4 liquid drained (reserve)
  • 2 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to food processor or blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute. check texture and continue to blend until desired texture is reached. add reserved bean liquid if needed.
