Classic Chili

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground chuck, onion, peppers, and garlic.
  • 2 add beans, tomatoes, and chiles. heat through.
  • 3 add tomato paste and spices. add water to reach desired consistency.
  • 4 simmer until ready to eat.
