Mariquitas Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juice of, only
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place the garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and vinegar in a food processor and puree until combined well.
  • 2 heat the olive oil in a small saucepan until hot, but not smoking.
  • 3 remove pan from heat.
  • 4 pour the pureed mixture into the oil whisking constantly for a minute or two.
  • 5 serve warm.
