Hot Vanilla

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • cinnamon, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, combine the ingredients and warm over low heat.
  • 2 when small bubbles form around the sides of the pan, remove from heat and let the mixture sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
