French Chicken With Balsamic Vinegar (crock Pot)

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 6)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, chopped coarsely
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • 2 combine remaining ingredients, except parsley, and place on top of chicken.
  • 3 cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  • 4 serve garnished with chopped parsley.
