- 2 teaspoons oil
- 250 g french style green beans
- 2 small potatoes (chopped)
- 2 small chopped tomatoes
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- salt
- 1 g chili powder
- 1 g turmeric powder
- 1 g allspice
Recipe
- 1 heat oil and fry onions till golden brown.
- 2 add ginger paste, potatoes/saute for 2 minutes.
- 3 add beans, tomatoes, salt, chili, turmeric powder and all spice.
