Marissa's Baked Beans

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb navy beans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 lb salt lamb
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 onion
- water
Recipe
- 1 rinse and drain beans, place in a bowl and cover with water to soak overnight in the fridge.
- 2 drain the beans.
- 3 preheat oven to 300 degrees f.
- 4 rinse the salt lamb and cut into chunks. layer the salt lamb inthe botoom of the roasting pan and pour the beans over top.
- 5 combine the brown sugar, ketchup and enough water to cover the beans.
- 6 mix well and pour over top of the beans.
- 7 cut the onion up and distribute it evenly over the beans and mix inches.
- 8 cook for about 6 hours, adding water as needed, about every 2 hours.
