Lindas Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb turkey kielbasa
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 20 ounces diced tomatoes
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 2 (16 ounce) cans garbanzo beans
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 saute diced turkey kielbasa in 2 tbsp olive oil until browned.
- 2 removed and drain on paper towel.
- 3 saute onions until wilted
- 4 add garlic, fresh thyme and paprika cook for about 30 seconds.
- 5 add broth, diced tomatoes and chick peas.
- 6 let simmer together for about 10 minutes.
- 7 remove about 2 cups of soup and puree with immersion blender.
- 8 add puree back to rest of soup.
- 9 add turkey kielbasa back to soup pot.
- 10 season to taste with salt and papper and enjoy.
