Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) can lentil soup (progresso)
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 (11 ounce) cans v8 vegetable juice
- 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef in a large dutch oven with garlic.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
