Indian Lentils

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups dry lentils
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger cube
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 5 sprigs cilantro
- 3 cups water
Recipe
- 1 fry chopped onion and oil till onions are translucent.
- 2 add ginger garlic, salt, chilli powder, turmerics, lentils, water, and tomatoes.
- 3 cook 3 minutes.
- 4 put in pressure cooker.
- 5 after 5 whistles turn off cook.
- 6 add celantro.
- 7 cool 5 minutes.
- 8 serve in fancy bowls.
