- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 1. drain liquid from can of chickpeas and reserve for later.
- 2 2. place all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.
- 3 3. add half of liquid from chickpeas or all for thinner hummus.
