Hummus

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 1. drain liquid from can of chickpeas and reserve for later.
  • 2 2. place all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.
  • 3 3. add half of liquid from chickpeas or all for thinner hummus.
