Healthy Baked Bean Omelet

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup baked beans
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli

Recipe

  • 1 sautee broccoli in a skillet until tender.
  • 2 add egg whites to the broccoli and let cook until semi-firm. flip and cook until the eggs set.
  • 3 add the baked beans in the center and fold.
  • 4 enjoy!
