French Cream Beans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen french-cut green beans
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon bacon drippings
  • 3/4 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 cook and drain green beans.
  • 2 fry the bacon and reserve a small amount of drippings.
  • 3 mix the sour cream and the bacon drippings.
  • 4 pour sour cream over the beans and toss in crumbled bacon.
  • 5 microwave or heat over low heat until hot.
