Fiesta Dip

Ingredients

• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
• 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope fiesta ranch dip mix
• 2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese, divided
• sliced ripe olives (optional)
• chopped tomato (optional)
• sliced green onion (optional)
• shredded lettuce (optional)
• tortilla chips

Recipe

• 1 in a shallow dish, combine the sour cream, beans, chilies and dip mix.
• 2 stir in 1 cup cheese.
• 3 cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
• 4 stir and rotate dish.
• 5 cover and microwave 1 1/2 minutes longer or until heated through.
• 6 sprinkle with remaining cheese.
• 7 top with olives, tomatoes, onions and lettuce if desired.
• 8 serve with tortilla chips.
