Cuban Lamb Chops With Mojo

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 5 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 thick lamb chops

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in frying pan over medium heat.
  • 2 add garlic, cumin, and oregano, cook 1 minute.
  • 3 quickly add lime juice, and bring to boil until slightly thickened.
  • 4 add salt and pepper, set aside to cool.
  • 5 place lamb chops in shallow bowl, cover with sauce, coating chops.
  • 6 marinate for 1 hour in fridge.
  • 7 grill or broil chops until well done, and reheat remaining sauce.
