Mary's Almost Hummus

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 (14 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
- 5 large garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 -3 teaspoons ground red thai chile or 1 -2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1/2-1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 small lime, juice of
Recipe
- 1 put garlic in food processor & blend.
- 2 add all other ingredients & blend.
- 3 chill at least 1 hour to allow spice to develop.
