Ingredients
- 2 ounces dry whole wheat penne
- 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup yellow squash, chopped
- 1/2 cup canned beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 boil pasta and drain. toss with remaining ingredients.
