Homemade Chili (crock Pot)

Ingredients
- 4 lbs ground beef, cooked and crumbled
- 2 medium cubed onions
- 2 cups cubed bell peppers
- 64 ounces tomato sauce
- 32 ounces diced tomatoes
- 32 ounces chili beans
- 64 ounces kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 brown meat.
- 2 add onions and peppers. drain and discard grease in trash.
- 3 add all ingredients to 6+ quart crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
- 4 freeze leftovers in individual freezer bags.
- 5 serve immediately with cornbread and shredded sharp cheddar cheese and chopped spring onions. garnish with and dollop of sour cream.
