No Fuss Veggie Soup (crock Pot)

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package baby carrots, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans water (use kidney bean can)
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 5 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 (20 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (ragu chunky tomato, garlic, & onion)

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef in skillet.
  • 2 drain fat from beef and add to crock pot with all other ingredients.
  • 3 cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
