Italian Green Beans

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb green beans, cut into 2 inch lengths
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 leaves fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, softened and chopped
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 saute beans in oil in a large skillet for 3 minutes.
  • 2 stir in bread crumbs, cheese, basil and sun dried tomatoes.
  • 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
