Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb green beans, cut into 2 inch lengths
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 leaves fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, softened and chopped
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute beans in oil in a large skillet for 3 minutes.
- 2 stir in bread crumbs, cheese, basil and sun dried tomatoes.
- 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
