Greek Wraps And Bean Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 garlic clove
- olive oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 seedless cucumber
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup kalamata olive
- flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 pita bread or 4 tortillas
- feta cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine beans, rosemary, galic, olive oil and salt and pepper in a food processor. pulse until smooth.
- 2 combine tomatoes, cumcumber, onion, olives, parsley, and lemon juice in a bowl. drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 3 warm pitas or tortillas. spread with bean spread and top with a layer of the greek salad. top with feta. fold up and enjoy.
