Ingredients

- 1 gallon milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 in a large stockpot, add the sugar to the milk.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 separate with the vinegar.
- 4 cook until water disappears and only the solids are left and caramelized (about 40 minutes).
- 5 serve with queso blanco and/or candied fruits.
