Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1/2 lb italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans italian stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, undrained
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a soup pot, cook chicken, sausage and onion over high heat 5-6 minutes,or until browned, stirring to break up sausage.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
