Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 lb lean ground turkey (96% or 1 lb less fat)
- 16 ounces frozen corn
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can light kidney beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can of delmont diced tomatoes
- 2 (16 ounce) cans tomato puree
- 5 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 onion
- 1/2 diced green bell pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook the lamb and turkey in a large pan with the onion and green peppers. once turkey and lamb is brown.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook approx 6 hours.
