- 14 ounces italian tomatoes
- 14 ounces cannellini beans
- 1 large onion
- 2 cups edamame
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 cups kale
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 1. mince garlic.
- 2 2. chop onion and kale.
- 3 3. saute onion and kale with garlic in oil.
- 4 4. put all ingredients in a large pot.
- 5 5. simmer for about an hour.
