Ingredients

- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 -6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons hot water (important for texture)
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cumin

Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into food processor, starting with the chickpeas and process until smooth.
- 2 serve with fresh naan, pita bread, melba toast or veggies.
