Epicure Hummus

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 -6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot water (important for texture)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • paprika
  • parsley
  • cumin

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into food processor, starting with the chickpeas and process until smooth.
  • 2 serve with fresh naan, pita bread, melba toast or veggies.
