- 2 ounces heavy cream
- 6 ounces milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 vanilla bean, split in half length wise
- 2 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
- whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 heat the cream and milk with the cinnamon and vanilla bean very slowly for 15-20 minutes.
- 2 remove the bean and cinnamon.
- 3 add the chocolate.
- 4 mix until fully melted.
- 5 serve topped with some very dense fresh whipped cream.
