Jamaican Jerk Rub

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Recipe
- 1 mix together all spices thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
- 2 to use, rub on chicken, lamb, or shrimp 15-20 minutes before grilling.
