Hungry Jack Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 16 ounces lamb & beans
• 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
• 6 -9 hungry jack flakey biscuits
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• 2 brown ground beef and strain.
• 3 add next 5 ingredients and heat til bubbly.
• 4 pour into 2 quart casserole dish.
• 5 peel biscuits in half and lay across top.
• 6 sprinkle with cheese.
• 7 bake for 25-30 minutes.
