Easy Tortilla Chili

Ingredients

- 8 ounces ground beef
- 3 3/4 cups beef broth
- 16 ounces salsa
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 1/2 cups corn
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook beef over medium heat, crumbling with a fork. drain.
- 2 combine beef and remaining ingredients, except tortilla chips, salt, pepper and cheese, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- 3 stir in tortilla chips. season to taste with salt and pepper. serve topped with cheese.
