Hungry Jack Beef Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 (16 ounce) can lamb and beans
• 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
• 1 can hungry jack biscuit
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• 2 brown ground meat and drain.
• 3 stir in the next five ingredients.
• 4 heat until bubbly.
• 5 pour mixture into a sprayed 2 quart casserole dish.
• 6 cut the biscuits in half to form 20 half circles.
• 7 place biscuits cut side down on top of mixture.
• 8 sprinkle with cheese.
• 9 bake for 30 minutes.
